Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in this raffle is restricted to residents of New South Wales and to participants over the age of 18 years. The raffle is not open to Australian residents outside the State of New South Wales or to people residing overseas.
   
   
2. Prizes will be drawn on Friday, 25th May 2012 at 12:00pm at Level 5, 133 Liverpool Street, Sydney NSW 2000. First ticket drawn wins first prize of: $12,000 Pilgrimage to Rome. Includes 2 return economy flights from Sydney to Rome (*off peak or shoulder season), 10 nights' accommodation at Domus Australia (subject to availability), breakfast daily, selected tours and $2,000 spending money. Prize does not include cost of passports, visa and transfers to and from Sydney airport. Bookings to be made through Harvest Australia (11/133 Liverpool St, Sydney NSW 2000) within 3 months after the draw.
   The next ticket draw wins second prize of $2,500 worth of shopping vouchers, and third ticket drawn wins third prize of $1,000 worth of shopping vouchers. The winner chooses vouchers from a list of retailers supplied. Each winner will select the type of shopping vouchers they will receive from a store list the organiser will provide to each winner. Winners can select up to 5 stores for vouchers for first prize or 3 vouchers for 2nd and 3rd prizes. Once issued, vouchers are valid in accordance with the terms and conditions of the individual stores issuing the voucher, usually for 1 year.
   
   
3. Vouchers must be used in accordance with their terms of use.
   
   
4. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   
   
5. Prizes, upon sufficient notice, can be collected from the organiser or prizes will be sent via registered post to the winners.
   
   
6. Winners will be notified by telephone and mail within 2 days of the draw and published on the CWF website www.cwf.org.au on 28th May 2012.
   
   
7. If a prize is unclaimed by 24th August 2012, it shall be disposed of in accordance with instructions from the relevant gaming authority.
   
   
8. This raffle is being conducted to benefit the Charitable Works Fund (ABN 60 471 267 587) and the Priests' Retirement Foundation (ABN 88 279 335 346).
   
   
9. This raffle is organised by the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney (ABN 16 389 108 075).
   
   
10. The organisers reserve the right to verify the validity of any ticket or ticket butt and eligibility of any participant to redeem a prize in this raffle. The organisers can decide in their sole discretion which documents are considered suitable for establishing eligibility to enter the raffle or win a prize. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, that winner will forfeit their prize in whole and no substitute will be offered. The organisers' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
    
11. The organisers are not responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any communications network or any late, lost or misdirected raffle entries.
    
    
12. The organisers and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage or personal injury which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this raffle or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
